Service Description: Our Services involve the management and optimization of Facebook Ads campaigns for our clients. We aim to deliver high-quality results by implementing effective strategies and leveraging the power of targeted advertising.

Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information required for the setup and management of Facebook Ads campaigns. We are not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Ad Approval: All Facebook Ads created by us are subject to the approval of the Facebook platform. We cannot guarantee that every ad will be approved or that specific targeting options will always be available. We reserve the right to make necessary modifications to comply with Facebook's policies and guidelines.

Ad Spend: Clients are responsible for setting their desired ad spend budget. We will optimize campaigns to maximize results within the specified budget. The client agrees to pay the ad spend directly to Facebook and is solely responsible for any charges incurred.

Data Privacy: We take data privacy seriously and adhere to applicable privacy laws and regulations. Any data shared by the client will be used strictly for the purpose of managing and optimizing their Facebook Ads campaigns. We will not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties without explicit consent.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights associated with our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Macford Digital. Clients are prohibited from using our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Results and Guarantees: While we strive to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, conversion rates, or return on investment (ROI). Facebook Ads performance may vary based on various factors, including market conditions and client-specific variables.

Cancellation and Refunds: Clients may cancel their Services at any time by providing written notice. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Macford Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services or any actions taken based on the information provided.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Macford Digital harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of our Services or violation of this Agreement.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pinedale, Wyoming. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pinedale, Wyoming.
